From signing our agreement to launching Your team, we strive to make the onboarding process as seamless as possible for You, while also making sure to cover all bases.
This is the first step after our discovery call and your acceptance of our proposal. We draft and sign an agreement containing the terms and conditions of our relationship, the service level agreement, the NDA, and everything in between.
This step is about getting acquainted with your company culture, your procedures and processes and about defining our ideal employee, filling the candidate pool and defining KPIs for our first quarter. This is when we do an introduction to the part of your in-house team that we would be collaborating with, and about organizing training sessions for hand-picked team leads.
After we’ve defined the ideal candidate for your team, we move to interviewing and candidate selection. During this period, we also take care of all the necessary administration and kick-off tool introduction. This step is done with as much or as little of your involvement as you’d like.
This two-week step is completely focused on preparing your team for their start-date and ensuring a smooth integration into your company. We go through all the training material, hold mentorship and “shadow” sessions, perform call/interaction analysis and manage 1:1 collaboration with assigned mentors. While training is in session, our technicians are preparing work stations, accounts, phone lines, and any additional equipment needed to ensure we’re all set before the official start date.
All team members have passed the tests and are fully integrated into your company and on a mission to contribute to your company’s goals and targets. Once this step is complete, you’re left with a high-performance team, fully devoted to your business, with a team of professionals at their back to guarantee results and train new agents as needed.

Our contracts are usually signed with a 1-year term, though our contractual clause allows our clients to cancel their contracts with a 30 day notice, without any penalties, and with no particular reason. We do our best to lock you in with the results we deliver, not with any fine prints or clauses in the agreement.

Our pricing is all inclusive and flat, on a per-agent basis, and depending on a number of factors, falls anywhere between $2,300 and $2,500 for a full-time agent.
We require up to 3 weeks from the moment you decide to move forward until the moment our agents are ready for onboarding, which takes up to two more weeks, depending on your training and onboarding process. Being well positioned as an employer also means that we have a readily available talent pool, so the time it takes to start the onboarding process is usually shorter than the guarantee.
